Bath and North East Somerset Council

The Council disclosed some information, but withheld the remainder under section 40(2) (personal information) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council was entitled to withhold the information under section 40(2). The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps.
