Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

The complainant submitted a request for information about social work recruitment and the diversity and ethnic identification of social work teams and the Council as a whole. The Council provided a substantive response to the request, however applied an exemption under section 40(2) (personal information) of FOIA to some of the information. The Commissioner finds the exemption to be engaged and does not require the Council to take any further steps in relation to this decision notice.
