Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board

The complainant requested information relating to the sending of some greetings cards. Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (“the Board”) refused the request as vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that the request was vexatious and that the Board was entitled to rely on section 14(1) of FOIA to refuse it. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
