Croydon Borough Council

The complainant made a request for information relating to meetings between Croydon Council (the Council) and Crystal Palace Football Club. The request was made on 25 March 2022 and the Council has failed to provide a response. The Commissioner considers that the Council has breached section 10 FOIA in the handling of this request. The Commissioner requires the public authority to provide a response to the request in compliance with FOIA.
