The complainant has requested information relating to the sighting of two drones at Gatwick Airport in December of 2018. The Commissioner’s decision is that Sussex Police was entitled to rely on Section 30(3) of FOIA to neither confirm nor deny if the information was held. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
