Brighton and Hove City Council

The complainant requested various information in respect of Court Farm. Brighton and Hove City Council (‘the Council’) refused the request on the basis of section 14(1) (vexatious request) FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly applied section 14(1) to the request. The Commissioner does not require further steps. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2023/0230 under appeal.
