Westminster City Council

The complainant has requested information from Westminster City Council (the Council), regarding the decision to merge with other Council’s and the decision to end that agreement. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council was entitled to rely on section 14 when refusing the request. The Commissioner does not require any further steps to be taken.
