Summary
The defendant was a director of a company which in an agreement dated April 2001 sold certain assets to the claimant. During the course of proceedings it became clear that, whereas it is in dispute whether or not under that agreement rights in GB 2156210 were transferred to the claimant, the reference in respect of the other two patents was unopposed. Accordingly the defendant was ordered to transfer proprietorship of GB 2282062 and GB 2307532.
