As a result of an uncontested application filed under section 13(1) by Elizabeth Jane Acosta, it was found that she should also be mentioned as a joint inventor in granted patent EP (UK) 0919847 and directed that an addendum slip mentioning her as a joint inventor be prepared for the granted patent for the invention.
