Summary
Following an earlier decision on an application to amend under Section 27 in which the hearing officer decided that the requested amendments were allowable, the applicant asked for an award of costs. A decision was deferred to give the Opponent, who was not present at the hearing, to make submissions on costs. The Hearing Officer subsequently awarded the Applicant £2000 as a contribution to its costs
