Summary
As a result of an uncontested application filed under section 13(1) by James G Morgan acting on behalf of the patent proprietors Zimmer GmbH, it was found that Klaus Lederer should also be mentioned as an inventor in granted patent EP (UK) 0995450 and directed that an addendum slip mentioning him as a joint inventor be prepared for the granted patent for the invention.
