Summary
As a result of an uncontested application filed under section 13(1) by Immersion Corporation, it was found that Erik J Shohoian and Dean C Chang should also be mentioned as joint inventors in the granted patent for invention and directed that an addendum slip mentioning them as joint inventors be prepared for the published patent application and granted patent for the invention.
