Summary
Summary
The application relates to a device for remotely stopping a vehicle and includes a number of separate features which were found not to interact with each other. Following the reasoning of the House of Lords in Sabaf SpA v MFI Furniture Centres Ltd it was held that the invention related to two separate inventions neither of which involved an inventive step. The application was therefore refused.
