Summary
This was an appeal to the Appointed Person of the Hearing Officer’s decision dated 14 February 2006 (BL O/050/06.
On appeal the applicant submitted additional evidence which the Appointed Person refused to allow into the proceeding. He observed that in any event the additional evidence at issue did not assist the applicant.
The Appointed Person considered the Hearing officer’s decision in respect of each of the grounds set down above, taking account of the criticisms of the applicant. He concluded that there was no error of principle on the part of the Hearing Officer and he dismissed the appeal.
