Summary

As a result of an uncontested application filed under section 13(1) by City University, it was found that Nikola Rudi Stosic and Ahmed Kovacevic should be mentioned as joint inventors in any patent granted for the invention and directed that an addendum slip mentioning them as joint inventors be prepared for the published patent application.
