Summary
As a result of an uncontested application filed under section 13(3) by CSL Behring AG, the comptroller found that Peter G Lerch and Roberto Paterno should not have been mentioned as joint inventors in the granted EP (UK) patent. The decision serves as a certificate to this effect. The comptroller also directed that an addendum slip be prepared stating that Peter G Lerch and Roberto Paterno should not have been mentioned as joint inventors.
