Summary
The invention related to an engine comprising a chamber with a photon source. According to the application the photon source emits photons which impacts on opposing walls of the chamber at different average speeds, creating a pressure imbalance which in turn creates thrust. The hearing officer found that the invention operated in a manner contrary to established physical laws and would not create thrust. He therefore held that the invention was not capable of industrial application and was not disclosed clearly and completely enough to be performed by a person skilled in the art. He therefore refused the application.
