Manchester City Council v NG [2023] UKUT 51 (AAC) (27 February 2023)


The claimant continued to make payments to his childcare provider during lockdown in order to reserve his children's places. These were not "relevant" charges for the purposes of regulation 28 of the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006.
