TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 129 of the Employment Protection Act 1975 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Employment Protection Act 1975 (Commencement No. 8) Order 1977.
2. Sections 17 to 21 of the Employment Protection Act, which relate to the disclosure of information by employers, shall come into operation on 22nd August 1977.

This Order brings into operation on 22nd August 1977 the provisions of the Employment Protection Act 1975 which relate to the disclosure of information by employers to trade union representatives for collective bargaining purposes.
