In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 7(2) of the Security Service Act 1989(1), I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Security Service Act 1989 (Commencement) Order 1989.
2. The Security Service Act 1989 shall come into force on 18th December 1989.
