The Community Charges (Notification of Deaths) (Scotland) Regulations 1988 prescribe the particulars of death of persons over the age of 16 years usually resident in the United Kingdom which the district registrar must furnish to the appropriate Community Charges Registration Officer.
These Regulations amend the definition of registrar contained in the 1988 Regulations to require notification only by the registrar of the district in which the death was registered.
