The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powersconferred by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf,having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administrationof hospitals and facilities formerly managed by Wirral Health Authorityresulting from the establishment of the Clatterbridge Centre forOncology National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted that Health Authority and that Trustin accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the followingOrder:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Clatterbridge Centre for OncologyNational Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992and shall come into force on 16th September 1992.
(2) In this Order:
"the Authority" means Wirral Health Authority;
"the Trust" means the Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology National Health ServiceTrust;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property preparedby and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 25th June 1992,which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and theTrust.
2. On 16th September 1992 the trust property shall be transferred fromthe Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the Clatterbridge Centre for OncologyNational Health Service Trust on 16th September 1992 trust propertyformerly held by Wirral Health Authority. A copy of the schedule oftrust property to which the Order refers can be obtainedat theDepartment of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, RichmondHouse,79 Whitehall, London, SW1A 2NS.
