The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12G(2) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Aberdeen Royal Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Appointment of Trustees) Order 1992, and shall come into force on 1st October 1992.
(2) In this Order unless the context otherwise requires-
"the Act" means the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
"the trust" means the Aberdeen Royal Hospitals National Health Service Trust.
2. The chairman, non-executive directors and executive directors of the trust are appointed trustees ex officiis for the purpose of holding any property which is to be held in trust on behalf of the trust under section 12G of the Act.

This Order appoints the chairman, non-executive directors and executive directors and their successors in office of the Aberdeen Royal Hospitals National Health Service Trust as trustees for the purposes of holding any property which is to be held in trust on behalf of the trust.
1978 c. 29, section 12G(2) was inserted by the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19), section 33.
