(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order further amends the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Cambrian Mountains) Designation Order 1986 ("the principal Order").
Paragraph 1(5) of Schedule 1 to the principal Order, as amended, provided that one of the requirements to be included in an agreement was that the farmer should exclude livestock from hay meadows for at least seven weeks before the first cut for hay or silage. This amending Order provides that the first cut specified in that requirement means the first cut in any year (article 2).
1986 c. 49; section 18(11) defines "the Minister".
The provisions in section 18 of the Agriculture Act 1986 concerning Nature Conservancy Councils were amended by part VII of, and paragraph 13 of Schedule 9 to, the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43).
