The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by the East Riding Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Hull and Holderness Community Health National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted that Trust and the Royal Hull Hospitals National Health Service Trust(3) in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Hull and Holderness Community Health National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 16th February 1996.
(2) In this Order-
"the first Trust" means the Royal Hull Hospitals National Health Service Trust;
"the second Trust" means the Hull and Holderness Community Health National Health Service Trust;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Trust and the second Trust on 26th October 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the first Trust and the second Trust.
2. On 16th February 1996 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Trust to the second Trust.

This Order transfers to the Hull and Holderness Community Health National Health Service Trust on 16th February 1996 trust property formerly held by the Royal Hull Hospitals National Health Service Trust. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Department of Health, NHS Trust Unit, Room 1W29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
