The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990(2) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after completion of the consultation prescribed under section 5(2) of the latter Act(3), hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Kingston and District Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 31st March 1997.
2. In Article 3(2) of the Kingston and District Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993(4)-
(a)in sub-paragraph (a) for "KT6 9QT" there shall be substituted "KT6 7QU"; and
(b)for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following new sub-paragraph:
"(b)to manage community health services provided from Tolworth Hospital, Red Lion Road, Tolworth, Surrey KT6 7QU and to own the associated premises.".

This Order amends the functions of an NHS trust established by Order under Part I of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 by altering the premises from which the trust is to provide community health services.
