The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of Porth and District Hospital resulting from the transfer of the management of that hospital from the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust to the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust, having consulted those Trusts in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 31st December 1997.
2. On 31st December 1997 the items of trust property specified in a schedule dated 30th June 1997 prepared by and agreed upon by the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust and the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust shall transfer from the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust to the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust.

This Order transfers to the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust on 31st December 1997 trust property formerly held by Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Welsh Office, HFM3, New Crown Building, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF1 3NQ.
1977 c. 49; section 92(1) has been amended by section 11(5) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19).
