- (1) Amend regulation 3 as follows.
(2) For paragraph (1) substitute -
(3) Omit paragraph (2).

In regulation 4(1) for "section 154 of the Taxes Act (taxable benefits: general charging provision)" substitute "Chapter 10 of Part 3 of ITEPA".
