The Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2006

  Made 19th May 2006 

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 107 of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006[1]:

Citation and extent
     1. This Order may be cited as the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2006 and extends to England and Wales.

Provisions coming into force on 31st May 2006
     2. The following provisions of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 come into force on 31st May 2006—

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)


Article 2 of this Order brings into force certain provisions of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (c. 16) ("the Act") on 31st May 2006.
