The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017( 1), makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (The London Interdisciplinary School Ltd) Order 2020 and shall come into force on 27th September 2021.
2. The London Interdisciplinary School Ltd shall be competent to grant the following specified taught award of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(b) of the said Act:
(a) BASc (Hons) in Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods.
3. The London Interdisciplinary School Ltd shall only be competent to grant the specified taught award mentioned in paragraph 2 of this Order for a fixed term beginning on 27th September 2021 and expiring on 31st December 2024.
4. The London Interdisciplinary School Ltd shall only grant the award specified in paragraph 2 of this Order to persons enrolled with it at the time they complete the course of study for which the award is granted.

This Order, made under section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 authorises The London Interdisciplinary School Ltd with the power to award specified taught awards for a fixed term expiring on 31st December 2024. This Order will come into force on 27th September 2021.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on businesses and civil society organisations. The instrument has no impact on the public sector.
