Application to cancel a unilateral notice protecting a contract to purchase the property, which the Applicant said she had terminated by notice to complete and which the Respondents said had not been validly terminated because the Applicant was in breach of contract and unable to complete. HELD in favour of Applicant - notice cancelled.
