Deborah Anne Edwards v (1) Jack Law (2) Cynthia Law (Boundary dispute : Inferences to be drawn from surrounding circumstances) [2018] UKFTT 81 (PC) (15 January 2018)
Application for first registration of a strip of apparently unregistered land alongside neighbours drive. Respondents said that the strip belonged to them. It was clear that the latter was correct; the registrar was directed to cancel the application ,and to alter the title plan to the Respondents property so as to show the general boundary more accurately by showing it as contiguous with Mrs Edwards.
