AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAND BOND ACT, 1934 . |

|

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

| Short title, construction and citation. |
1.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Land Bond Act, 1964 . |
|
|
(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Land Purchase Acts and may be cited with those Acts. |
||
| Amendment of section 6 of Land Bond Act, 1934 . |
2.— Section 6 of the Land Bond Act, 1934 , which provides limitations on the creation and issue of land bonds, is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (1) of "twenty-five million pounds" for "fifteen million pounds" (inserted by section 7 of the Land Act, 1953 ). |
