		1 Confirmation of Order.
		2 Short title.
		AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES (JEWELLERY, WATCHES AND CLOCKS) ORDER, 1968, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE UNDER SECTION 9 of THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT, 1953 .
		[12th November, 1969]
		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
	Confirmation of Order.	1.—The Restrictive Trade Practices (Jewellery, Watches and Clocks) Order, 1968, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 9 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1953 , is hereby confirmed.
	Short title.	2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Trade Practices (Confirmation of Order) Act, 1969 .
