		AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 37 of THE GAS ACT, 1976 .

		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
	Repeal of section 37 of Gas Act, 1976 .	1.— Section 37 of the Gas Act, 1976 , is hereby repealed.
	Short title and collective citation.	2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Gas (Amendment) Act, 1998 .
		(2) The Gas Acts, 1976 to 1995, and this Act may be cited together as the Gas Acts, 1976 to 1998.
