I, AINDRIAS Ó CAOIMH, President of the High Court, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 34(3) of the Succession Act, 1965 (No. 27 of 1965), hereby make the following Rules: 1. These Rules may be cited as the Succession Act, 1965 (Form of Administration Bond) Rules, 1967. 2. An administration bond for the administration of the estate of a person dying on or after the 1st day of January, 1967, shall, subject to any adaptation that I may direct in a particular case, be in the same form as that required for the administration of the estate of a person dying immediately before that date. |
