LICENSING OF INDOOR EVENTS ACT 2003

(Commencement) Order 2003

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Licensing of Indoor Events Act 2003 ( No. 15 of 2003 ) hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Licensing of Indoor Events Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2003.

2. 14 July 2003 is hereby appointed as the day upon which Part 3 of the Licensing of Indoor Events Act 2003 shall come into operation.
