I, Seamus Brennan, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5(3) of the Road Traffic Act 2003 ( No. 37 of 2003 ), hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2003.

2.         The 1st day of December 2003 is fixed as the day on which the Road Traffic Act 2003 ( No. 37 of 2003 ) comes into operation.

This Order brings into operation with effect from 1^ST December, 2003 all provisions of the Road Traffic Act, 2003 (No. 37 of 2003) .
