I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 47 of the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002 ( No. 6 of 2002 ), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tobacco Smoking (Prohibition) (Revocation) Regulations 2004. 2 The Tobacco Smoking (Prohibition) Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No. 481 of 2003 ) are revoked. |
