JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claims of breach of contract (notice pay and holiday pay), right to be paid annual leave, right to receive an itemised pay statement, and right to receive particulars of contract, are dismissed pursuant to Rule 41 of the Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020.
