MARKETING OF MILK PRODUCTS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1958 - SECT 4

Appeals.

4. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Ministry

(a)revoking, suspending or refusing to renew a licence; or

(b)cancelling or refusing to renew the registration of any premises;

Regulations as to quality, packing and labelling of milk products.
