MARKETING OF MILK PRODUCTS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1958 - SECT 6

Prohibition of adulteration of butter and cream.

6. If any butter or cream (other than sterilised cream) found on any
registered premises is proved after analysis to contain any adulterant the
occupier of the premises shall be guilty of an offence against this Act unless
it is proved that such butter or cream was not subjected to any treatment on
those premises.[
