Use of words ""creamery'' and ""creamery butter.'' 8.(1) The word "creamery" or any colourable imitation of that word shall not be applied to or used in connection with any premises which are not registered premises. (2) The designation "creamery butter" shall not be applied to butter produced in Northern Ireland and sent from Northern Ireland to Great Britain, the Isle of Man or the Irish Republic unless the butter was made at registered premises. (3) Any person who contravenes sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
