Revocation

The Goods Vehicles (Testing) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002[3] are hereby revoked.

(2) For vehicles exceeding 3,500 kilograms maximum gross weight -
These Regulations further amend the principal Regulations by dividing the vehicle category trailer into 3 categories (previously 1 category) -
(b) for all trailer categories the fee payable where an application for a re-test is made within 21 days from the date of service of a notice of refusal of a goods vehicle test certificate remains unchanged at £18·50.
The Goods Vehicles (Testing) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 are revoked as a consequence of these Regulations.
