CRIMINAL LAW

The Financial Investigations (Northern Ireland) Order 2001 (Commencement) Order 2003

  Made 8th February 2003 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Article 1(2) of the Financial Investigations (Northern Ireland) Order 2001[1] hereby makes the following Order: -

     1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Investigations (Northern Ireland) Order 2001 (Commencement) Order 2003.

     2. The Financial Investigations (Northern Ireland) Order 2001 shall come into operation on 24th February 2003.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order commences in its entirety the provisions of the Financial Investigations (Northern Ireland) Order 2001.
