(a) paragraphs 79(2) and 80 of Schedule 7 to, and in so far as it relates to those paragraphs, section 86(1) of the 1998 Act;

(b) in so far as it relates to housing benefit, paragraph 79(1)(b) of Schedule 7 to the 1998 Act and section 86(1) of that Act in so far as it relates to that paragraph; and

(c) Schedule 8 to, and section 86(2) of the 1998 Act in respect of the repeal of - 


(i) section 6(1)(n) and (o) (council tax benefit) and

(ii) section 5(1)(n) and (o) and (4) (housing benefit)



of the Social Security Administration Act 1992[2].
